HC Upholds JMFC Order to Jail Pacheco in Assault Case

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar continues to extend his datelines on prosecuting those responsible for the Rs 35000 crore Goa Illegal Mining Scam reported in the Justice MB Shah Commission Report. Parrikar now says that the state government will file criminal proceedings in illegal mining cases in three months. The first-date being around October 2012.
