Goa Congress poses questions to Amit Shah
The Congress in Goa on Saturday posed five questions before Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National President Amit Shah who is scheduled to visit the state on Sunday and address booth rally workers at a stadium near the city.
Addressing a press conference at party state headquarter in the city, Goa Pradesh Congress Committee (GPCC) spokesperson Yatish Naik said, “There are five issues which we are posing before Shah in form of questions. Why has your left Goa headless for the last over two months thereby pushing Goa in a state of policy paralysis and administrative chaos, specially when you install unholy alliance government?, Where are the jobs for our youth provided by your government?, Where is the special status promised to Goa?, Debts to government has gone to over 16,000 crore, why the state is being pushed into dangerous debt trap? and why there is no action and policy approach to restart sustainable mining?.”
He said Shah should offer answers to the questions posed by the Congress party as the people wanted to know.
”We are asking and demanding Mr Shah to answer these issues which are issues of people of Goa,” he said.
