Goa Governor refuses to meet RTI Activist on Minister Sex Scandal video
In a shocker, Goa Governor Mridula Sinha has refused to meet renowned RTI activist Aires Rodrigues who was to expose Goa Water Resources Minister Vinod Palyekar through an alleged sex scandal video tape.
In a Whatsapp message to GoaChronicle.com, Aires Rodrigues has stated that he will be taking a legal recourse on this issue and will decide to place in public interest all the evidence before the Bombay High Court in Goa or before Lokyukta and leave it to them to act in accordance with law.
Palyekar belongs to the Goa Forward Party who is in alliance with the BJP government in Goa. Palyekar in talks with media earlier today has denied knowledge of any such tape and believes that the RTI activist is working on the behest of the drug mafia in Goa to stop him from eradicating the drug menace in Goa.
The video, GoaChronicle.com has learned has the water-resources minister in a compromising position with a lady who believed to be from the Siolim constituency from which the minister has been elected to the Goa Legislative Assembly.
