I am not going away empty handed: Kumarswamy
Adding more spice to the already heated up issue on the BJP rebel MLAs currently housed at the Taj Exotica in Goa; JD (S) leader HD Kumarswamy leaving the hotel premises said, “I am not going away empty handed and all will be revealed on October 11 when the Yeddyrappa’s led government goes to vote for the confidence motion
Kumarswamy arrived at the Taj Exotica yesterday night at 9.30 pm and was escorted into the hotel with Alexio Sequeira, minister for power, Government of Goa; this particular act added further fuel to the fire that the Congress and JD (S) party were coming together to bring down the BJP government. Also seen at the hotel were other senior congress leaders Home Minister Ravi Naik, PWD Minister Churchill Alemao and GPCC general secretary Vijay Sardesai.
Dispelling rumors of horse-trading that are doing the rounds the JD (S) leader expressed that there is no need for any horse-trading as the MLAs are themselves fed-up of the current Yeddyrappa’s BJP lead administration and out of their own will want to move out.
Kumarswamy further added that even though Janardhan Reddy, tourism minister, Karnataka is present at the hotel at this point time, and he has neither met with him nor communicated with him on any issues at this point of time.
This move is the second time that BJP MLAs have resorted to such a step against the Yeddyrapa’s government, last time it was led by the tourism minister Janardhan Reddy.
