Tania’s Indo-Asian Chicken Kebabs
Take 1/2 kg (500gms) chicken minced meat and add- 1/4 tsp pepper powder, salt, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric pwdr, 1 finely chopped onion, 6 cloves finely chopped garlic, 2 deseeded green chillies, 2 tbsps chopped green coriander and 2 tbsps sweet chilly sauce (asian/thai) just like the sauce shown in the picture.
Mix thoroughly, shape into small round balls and let stand for 20 minutes. Put oil in a frying pan n once hot place each ball n flatten out with your fingers to form shape shown in picture. Let cook on medium flame for about 2 minutes. Check if that side is nicely browned turn all kebabs. Sprinkle sesame seeds and once cooked on the other side remove from pan sprinkle sesame seeds on other side n sprinkle little lemon juice. Serve with thai sweet chilly sauce.
