Amit Shah to be a part of Modi 2.0 Cabinet

New Delhi: BJP National President Amit Shah will be joining the Narendra Modi government as a Minister in the Modi 2.0 Cabinet.

Sources have told IndianExpose that in all likelihood Amit Shah will be handed over the Centre’s Finance portfolio or could be given the Home portfolio.

In the previous Narendra Modi government the finance portfolio was held by Arun Jaitely and for a short period by Piyush Goyal, while Jaitely underwent medical treatment for his illness.

Jaitely has requested Modi if he could be kept out of the Modi 2.0 Cabinet, so that he could spend time recovering from his illness.

Amit Shah currently is the President of the BJP party and is likely to step-down to make way for another BJP leader to take over the party reigns. That news however has not been confirmed yet.
