Congress & ISI are behind 26/11 Mumbai terror attack: Former Bureaucrat RVS Mani

Mumbai: RVS Mani, a former bureaucrat of the Indian government in a no-holds barred interview with Savio Rodrigues, Founder & Editor-in-Chief, GoaChronicle.com, makes shocking allegations against the highest office of the Indian government saying that credible information was known as early as November 21st, boat spotted but forces were redeployed to allow safe passage of boat carrying terrorists through sea-route that led to the horrific Mumbai terror attacks of 26/11.

According to RVS Mani, Congress and ISI are behind the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. 

The former bureaucrat also opens a pandora’s box on corruption within the Mumbai Police force. He alleges that a representative of IndiaBulls approached him and advised him not to pursue a legal matter against a senior police officer because he was told that Rs 500 crore were floating to ensure that a senior officer becomes Mumbai Police Commissioner. Interestingly, the current Mumbai Police Commissioner Parambir Singh’s wife is a director on the board of IndiaBulls.

RVS Mani also stated that organised crime grew under former Mumbai Police Commissioner Julio Ribeiro and also alleged that former Mumbai Police Commissioner MN Singh was not beyond question.

He also throws light on the drugs, politics, and Bollywood nexus. And touches upon the role of drug money in financing terrorism.
