Delhi polls: Kejriwal casts vote, hopes to form gov’t for 3rd time

New Delhi, Feb 8 (GCCurrentAffairs) Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal along with his family cast his vote at a polling booth in Civil Lines on Saturday and expressed hope that people will vote based on work done and that Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) will form the government in Delhi for the third time.

BJP’s Sunil Yadav and Congress’s Romesh Sabharwal are contesting against the AAP supremo from the New Delhi constituency.
“I appeal to all, specially to the women, to cast their votes today. I am hopeful that people of Delhi will vote on the basis of the work done. I am hopeful that Aam Aadmi Party will come back to power for the third time,” Mr Kejriwal told reporters.
Around 1.47 crore eligible voters of Delhi will elect representatives for the 70-member Delhi assembly from 672 candidates today.
