DHS asks those who had travelled with Covid 19 positive patient to report to it
Panaji, Mar 30 (GCCurrentAffairs) Directorate of Health Services (DHS) on Monday asked co-traveller of a Covid 19 patient to report to nearest health centre in the state immediately.
In a statement, it said one of the patients detected positive for Corona virus Disease (COVID-19) on March 29, 2020, at Goa Medical College had travel history from New York to Mumbai and then by Vistara Domestic flight, UK861 from Mumbai to Goa on March 22, 2020.
“Hence, the Director of Health Services appeals to people currently in Goa who had travelled on the said fight to immediately report to Helpline 104, call 0832-2421810/2225538, or report to the nearest Health Centre,” it said.
Five persons have tested positive for Covid 19 in the state.
