E-services Launched

Following directives from the Government issued through the Department of Information Technology, public services by the Forest Department which are mentioned below would be open to the citizens through Common Service Centres (CSCs) / Lok Seva Kendras (LSKs) and State Portal (SP), with immediate effect.
For transporting of felled material/forest produces charges to be paid at the time of issuing of permit/licence time frame for document delivery is 10 days. Supporting documents require are Form ‘C’, copy of the felling permission issued by the Tree Officer and list of logs (tree No. wise).

For felling/cutting of trees to be paid at the time of issuing of permit/licence time frame for document delivery is 2 days (if 2 or less no. of trees) and 15 days (if more than 2 trees). Documents required are application in Form ‘B’, affidavit in prescribed format, property documents, I and XIV land index issued by talathi/mamlatdar of the concerned Survey No. Form ‘D’ issued by city survey if the property is in a City, NOC of PDA or other co-owners, sale deed, matriz, deed certificate, indemnity bond, etc. Survey plan issued by the Director of Land Survey Department and list of the trees showing tree no. , species, GBH, approx. height, renewal of saw mill license charges to be paid at the time of issuing of permit/license. 15 days is the time frame for document delivery. Documents needed are a copy of the previous year’s license and application in prescribed format.
