Nottingham, Aug 19 (UNI) England pacers Stuart Broad and James Anderson two wickets each in the
morning session helped the host bundle out India for 329 on day two of the third Test in their first innings here on Sunday.
Resuming with an overnight score of 370, India added 22 runs on day 2 and lost 4 wickets.
Unbeaten Rishabh Pant could score only two runs before being bowled out by Broad and next Broad sent Ashwin back to the pavillion.
Then Anderson picked wickets of Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah restricting India to 329. Pant’s 24 came off in 51 balls and Ashwin scored 14 off 17 balls.
For England Broad, Anderson and Chris Woakes claimed three wickets each. India lost 4 wickets within 7.5 overs.
