Goa Government launches App to track home-quarantined patients

Panjim: Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Sunday said that the state government has launched a GPS-based location tracker which will help in tracking suspected and asymptomatic carriers of coronavirus when they leave their quarantine zone.

In a tweet, he said,’In our initiative to curb further spread of the virus in the state, Health Ministry, Govt. of Goa launched COVID Locator, a GPS based location tracker, that will help in tracking suspected & asymptomatic carriers of coronavirus when they leave their quarantine zone.’

Seven persons have tested positive for COVID 19 in Goa so far.
