Goa To Go Independent At Travel Marts
Goa will go independently at international travel marts in future so that its stall can be impressive to attract visitors.
Presently as part of the Indian pavilion, Goa is apparently restricted in terms of space and design thereby unable to showcase its assets properly.
In fact, Tourism Minister Nilkanth Halarnkar after visiting the Goa stall at some of the recent international travel marts has directed the Tourism Department to set up its own independent stall close to the Indian pavilion.
The Tourism Department now proposes to take up this in a major way even though it has budget constraints.
