As the family of Raymond Pereira in Goa is coming to terms with his brutal murder in Swindon, London, the question they are now asking is how a noted criminal like Edino Carvalho got police clearance to travel abroad.
Raymond’s brother Peter who is also working in England and is down on a vacation, said he would be writing to the Chief Minister in this regard.

Edino who stabbed and then slit Raymond’s throat on 20th May has a number of cases booked against him in Goa and Peter is questioning how he could get a police clearance certificate for not only possessing a passport but even going overseas for employment.
