India outclass England in the 3rd Test at Trent Bridge

Nottingham, Aug 22 (UNI) India outclassed host England by massive 203 runs on last day of third Test here on Wednesday.

In the five-series match now India are now 1-2 against England. This is India’s second win at Trent Bridge after a long gap of 59 years.

India had set a target of 521 runs before England, but on Tuesday the host were 311/9 and kept India waiting for another one day to win the third Test.

Off-spinner Ashwin scalped last wicket of James Anderson after being caught off by Ajinkya Rahane bundled out England innings for 317 and came back strongly in the series.
