JSPL wins Rail Contracts worth Rs 665 cr from RVNL

Mumbai, May 9 (GCBusiness) Jindal Steel & Power Limited (JSPL) said that company has won an order from Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) to supply 89042 tonnes of UIC 60 kg IRS T-12 880 grade 13 meter rails for its upcoming projects.

The order is valued at approximately Rs 665 crore. A notification of award for the same was issued to JSPL on May 8,2019 by the RVNL.

We are grateful to the RVNL for reposing trust in our capabilities to deliver for the nation. This contract will provide an important foundation for our future rail business” said Naushad Akhter Ansari, Joint Managing Director, JSPL.
