Patna: Apparently annoyed over delay in finalising seat sharing among constituents of Grand Alliance and also feeling ignored by RJD and Congress on his claim on number of seats to be contested by his party RLSP, former Union Minister and party president Upendra Kushwaha may announce snapping of his ties with Grand Alliance tomorrow.
Mr Kushwaha, feeling sidelined in Grand Alliance, has convened joint emergency meeting of national executive and state executive of his party tomorrow, triggering speculations over his next move. The meeting has been convened in a community Hall in Rajiv Nagar locality of Patna at 11:00 AM. The level of frustration of Mr Kushwaha has reached such a level that speculation was rife of his decision to snap ties with grand alliance.
Principal Secretary of the party, Madhav Anand said that intention of Congress and RJD was not good towards reasonable number of seats to be given to RLSP. The dates of polling for Bihar assembly elections could be announced any time and no decision was in sight for seat sharing among constituents of grand alliance, he added.
