Londhe targets Fadnavis, Gadkari

Mumbai: Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee spokesperson Atul Londhe on Thursday asked where are the former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari when peoples of Nagpur are facing serious crisis due second wave of corona is spreading rapidly in city.

Speaking to the media through social media Mr Londhe said that the failure of the Nagpur Municipal Corporation to handle the situation in Corona had led the High Court to take serious action against him.

While there are 10 zones in the city, tracing of Covid cases is not done properly in these zones. Fever patients are being treated with paracetamol tablets. Home quarantine patients are not under the control of the municipality. Many of them are roaming the city and working as corona spreaders.

The vegetable market has been decentralized but the crowds there cannot be controlled.
Although the state government has imposed strict restrictions, it has not been able to enforce them properly.
The health care system of the corporation is completely collapsed.

The Katie Nagar hospital does not have oxygen beds. In the 400-bed Indira Gandhi Hospital, only 200 beds are in use.

When the corporation does not have manpower, how the mayor is trying to provide a hospital with 500 beds.
Londhe fears that if the corporation does not wake up now, the situation in Nagpur will worsen and there will be an outbreak of corona.

He ask that where are Devendra Fadnavis and union minister Nitin Gadkari when Corona is spreading out in their home town,Londe accused .
