Cidade de Goa will host a refreshing array of mango cuisine from 20th April to 20th May with the best varieties of mangoes at all its restaurants, be it Café Azul, Alfama, Laranja or Docaria.
Perfect as a gift, customized boxes of 12 Alphonso mangoes will also be available at their 24-hour coffee shop, Doçaria.
The resort’s team of expert chefs has crafted a varied fare to entice the taste buds of gourmand connoisseurs with a special a la carte menu which will be available at Café Azul from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
One can celebrate with mango mania cocktails and mocktails before moving on to crab meat and mango salad or smoked chicken with sweet mango chutney and many more.
Their chefs have an extensive repertoire of soups and main course dishes, letting one discover prawn and mango chowder or mango and coconut cream soup, before one partakes of pan fried basa fish fillet with mango hollandaise or raw mango fish curry with rice or grilled chicken with mango and cayenne pepper salsa, touk dal with raw mango or aam aur paneer pasanda and many more.
Assorted beverages on offer are conventional fresh mango juice to unique beverages like tropical mango delight, mango power punch, aam ka panna and mango Lassi.
One can also choose from desserts like mango cheese cake, mango mousse or mango raft sundae and many more.
