NCB To Probe Goa Police-Drug Dealer Nexus

Even as the Central Bureau of Investigations has begun its probe into the Goa Police-drug dealer nexus, yet another central agency, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has also been asked to conduct a separate and independent enquiry.
Director General of Police Aditya Arya disclosed that he has asked the NCB to also probe into the nexus so that the Goa Police can be thoroughly cleansed of the “black sheep” in it.
While asserting that the nexus needs to be broken, he said action will be taken against the erring personnel after the two agencies submit their reports.
