No shortage of beef in Goa: Godinho

Goa Minister for Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services Mauvin Godinho on Thursday informed State Legislative Assembly

that there was no shortage of beef during Christmas last year and New Year this year.
In a written reply to a question tabled by Congress MLA Aleixo Reginald Lourenco, the minister said, “There is no reported shortage”.

He was asked whether there was any shortage of beef during last Christmas 2017 and New Year 2018.

Godinho also said that no organization or individual supplied beef at the police check post.
