Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with political leaders of all political in Jammu and Kashmir. Most political parties came to a consensus that there should be peace in J&K & a govt should come there democratically.
PM Modi appealed to all the leaders that there would be peace only when everyone works together.
Altaf Bukhari, Apni Party: PM said they were committed to restoring statehood to J&K. There were discussions on development, jobs, and lands.

Kavinder Gupta, BJP: Article 370 was brought up but the govt said the matter is sub-judice and cannot be discussed. Pm assured the election process to be started soon after delimitation. Amit Shah assured full statehood in due process.
Ghulam Nabi Azad, Congress: We demanded statehood. We demanded elections soon. We demanded historic domicile rules on land & jobs be protected. Rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits. We demanded the release of political prisoners
Omar Abdullah told the media that he told PM Modi that Kashmir is Against the August 05, 2019 decision
Mehbooba Mufti addressing the press said, “I told PM Modi that The illegal decision that was taken on 05 August 2019 will not be accepted by the people of Jammu Kashmir.” She further said that she told PM Modi that the people of Kashmir will fight tooth and nail for the restoration of Article 370.
PM Modi assures J&K leaders that he is committed to the restoration of statehood. Asked leaders to participate in the De-limitation process expressed Altaf Bukhari.
