President of India Ramnath Kovind to visit Ayodhya Temple

President Ram Nath Kovind is expected to visit Uttar Pradesh next month to pray at the Ramlalla temple at Ayodhya and lay the foundation of the Ayush University at Gorakhpur.

According to officials here on Tuesday, as per the preliminary program, the President is expected to reach Ayodhya from Lucknow by the Presidential Express train.

This will be the third ride of the President on the Presidential Express train to Ayodhya, all in UP. His first ride was from Delhi to Kanpur and the second from Kanpur to Lucknow.

The initial President’s program is slated from August 27 to 29.

As per the program, on August 27, the President will reach Amausi Airport by a special plane.

On August 28, President will go to Gorakhpur by special aircraft to Gorakhpur to lay the foundation of the AYUSH University. Besides, he will also inaugurate the hospital building in Guru Gorakshanath University.

He will return back to Lucknow on the same day.

On August 29, President will go to Ayodhya by presidential train and return back on the same day after praying at the Ramlalla and Hanumangarhi temples.

President will return back to Delhi on August 30.
