Chief Minister Digambar Kamat inaugurated commissioning of re-survey plans for Tiswadi taluka in Panjim on Friday. The citizens of Tiswadi can now set survey plans from the Directorate of Settlement and Land Records, within three to four days after applying for them. The total expenditure made for this facility is Rs 80 lakh.
Speaking on the occasion Chief Minister expressed satisfaction for launching the survey plans and informed that Goa is the only state in India to provide such computer generated land records.
The work of commissioning of the resurvey plans for Bardez taluka will be taken up next and completed within a year, he said.
