Restrictions in Aurangabad to get stricter to curb nCoV

Aurangabad: In order to break the chain of covid infection in Aurangabad district, instructions have been given to increase the restricted area in the areas where more patients are found.

Dr Ravindran chief of the central team has given instructions in a meeting held at the District Collector’s Office in Aurangabad yesterday, the central team reviewed the condition of Covid in the district as well as the treatment facilities.

The rising rate of casualties in the district is a serious matter and he directed punitive action against those who do not wear masks.

The Central Squad instructed to increase the speed and quantity of vaccination campaigns in the district.

Partial lockdown will enforce from tonight between 2100 hours to 0600 hours daily up to April 4 while total lockdown will be imposed every Saturday and Sunday.
