Rhea Chakraborty files affidavit in SC complaining about ‘unfair trial’ by media

Mumbai: Actor Rhea Chakraborty on Monday filed a fresh affidavit in the Supreme Court, complaining ‘unfair trial’ by media and pronouncing her ‘guilty’ for actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s death.

In her complaint, Chakraborty said, though actors Ashutosh Bhakre and Sameer Sharma too have committed suicide in last 30 days, there is not even a whisper in media about these cases.

Chakraborty said Rajput’s case is being blown out of proportions because of impending elections in Bihar and that purportedly the FIR at Patna was registered because Bihar CM got involved in the registration of FIR.

She said registration of FIR at Patna by Rajput’s father was without jurisdiction. Even though the investigation on Patna FIR has been transferred to CBI, it is Mumbai police which alone have jurisdictions to probe Rajput’s death, Chakraborty said.
