Mumbai: The Rupee on Tuesday eased by one paisa at 73.78 against the US Dollar in opening trade on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Forex Market said.
A domestic unit was seen weak owing to a strong Dollar against other world currencies amid strong opening in the stock market, dealer informed.
The rupee registered the intra days high and low at 73.82 and 73.75 respectively, he added.
