New Delhi, May 24 (GCBusiness) State-owned bank State Bank of India (SBI) will organise a ‘Mega Customer Meet’ across the country on May 28 with an objective to engage with customers to further enhance their experience and provide better service delivery.
Through this initiative, the bank aims to engage with over 1 lakh customers through over 500 locations from 17 Local head offices (LHOs) of SBI across the country. Meetings will be attended by senior functionaries.
Employees of the bank will also inform/educate customers about the features and convenience of using YONO SBI – an omni-channel digital banking & lifestyle platform. YONO SBI which was launched in November 2017 has achieved over two crore downloads and has continued to witness overwhelming responses from its users.
