Scientific analysis of data reveals bias for Muslim candidates in UPSC: Sanjeev Newar, Founder, Agniveer

Founder and Editor-in-Chief, Savio Rodrigues, and Legal Editor, Shashank Shekhar Jha of GoaChronicle spoke with data scientist and IITian Sanjeev Newar, Founder, Agniveer over the controversial yet thought-provoking issue he has raised on the bias for Muslim candidates in UPSC selection process, in particular, the interview process.

Newar, questions the UPSC over its reportedly biased interview process, Anti-Hindu curriculum, and unknown guidelines over selection of interviewers for the UPSC candidates’ interview process.

The data scientist also throws light on the operation of the controversial Zakat Foundation. He talks about its links with foreign Islamic terror sympathizing organizations and the founding principles of the foundation, which subscribes to Iqbal Khan’s thoughts on India and its two nation-theory.

The founder of Agniveer also cautions that the enemies of India that were the outcome of the propagation of the two-nation theory continue to strive to divide India on the basis of religion and caste. Infiltrating government institutions to control the outcome of government decisions in their favour and against the larger good of the nation is one such strategy, that could be in play.

He demands that the Centre takes cognisance of the question Agniveer is raising on the UPSC. While respecting the office and authority of the Supreme Court, he did not agree with the decision of the SC on restricting Sudarshan TV from airing the expose on UPSC selection process and its bias in favour of some of the Muslim candidates by some interviewers having a bias towards Hindutva and RSS.
