Shiv Sena spokesperson Sanjay Raut on Monday announced that the party will contest both seats in Goa in the next Lok Sabha elections.
Addressing a press conference at a party office in the city, he said the party had decided to contest both the Lok Sabha seats in Goa.
He said the elections would be contested in alliance with Goa Suraksha Manch (GSM) and approval for the same had been given by the party chief.
He claimed that people from all walks of life were joining the party which had emerged as a strong political opponent in the state.
Shiv Sena had contested 2017 assembly elections in alliance with Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party (MGP) Goa Suraksha Manch (GSM).
