Supplier Of Expired Biscuits Asked To Close Shop

The Foods and Drug Administration (FDA) has directed the wholesaler from Vasco who supplied the expired biscuits that were served to students of Vidyamandir High School, to close shop.
FDA officials called on the wholesaler who had supplied the biscuits to Siddhi Mahila Mandal who in turn gave them to students as mid-day meal.
As it was found that the wholesaler did not have the mandatory license from FDA, he was asked to close down his business with immediate effect.
