New Delhi: Talking of Bihar where it is being said that there was good governance prevailing since a long time, Congress on Sunday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar saying that there is an atmosphere of confusion and fear in the state and accused both of them for creating the same.
Replying to a question during a press conference, Congress spokesperson Gaurav Vallabh said that the BJP and JDU have allegedly pushed the state of Bihar into the atmosphere of fear and confusion, and further added saying that same is now clearly visible during the times of poll campaign.
Vallabh further said that there is no clarity in the state as to which party is teaming up with whom to contest the elections.
He pointed out that it was understood that JDU being a constituent of the National Democratic Alliance is using the image of PM Narendra Modi, however, he added that JDU rival Lok Janshakti Party is also using PM Modi’s image for their campaigns.
He further alleged that it was due to PM Modi that this situation has come up as he has allowed them to use his image for the poll campaigns.
The Congress leader further said that Bihar, which is said to have been in the hands of good governance for 15 years, has described at the weakest level among the 15 states of the country.
