Patna: Training his guns on Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, BJP leader and Rajya Sabha MP Vivek Thakur alleged that the fate of Darbhanga AIIMS and land acquisition for Bihta and Purnia Airport were hanging in balance due to the credit taking tussle of Nitish since the former formed the Grand Alliance government in the state.

Thakur said here on Monday that due to his autocratic attitude, Bihar government was evading from its responsibilities by not providing land even after the centre was bearing the expenditure of land acquisition.

Accusing Kumar of being devoid of political will, the BJP leader said that the Uttarakhand government has already prepared Ayushman card for its entire people whereas in Bihar the government has prepared the Ayushman card only for 70 lakh people which reflects its anti-development attitude.

Thakur alleged, out of political frustration, Bihar government has deprived of its people from the benefits of several welfare schemes of the centre.

These people were working against the interest of the state so that the Prime Minister Narendra Modi do not get the credit for the development, the Rajya Sabha MP said and added that it is unfortunate that Bihar was in the hands of the leaders who were overjoyed by disrupting the centre’s schemes.

Thakur said that development of Bihar was impossible under the rule of Nitish who was carrying the burdens of Jungle Raj, Lalu Yadav, the symbol of crime and Rs 12 lakh crore scam tainted UPA.

He said that the autocratic grand alliance government was not interested in the development of Bihar which was reeling under corruption, atrocities and Jungle rule.

Thakur said Bihar people would never spare the corrupt grand alliance government.
