Mumbai: In the Khalapur taluka of Raigad district, due to heavy rain, a landslide occurred at Mauje Irshalwadi village, disrupting life on a large scale and causing damage to livestock and private properties.

In this incident, so far, 16 people have been killed and over 100 have been rescued, and still many fear being trapped under the debris.
