English is now becoming the primary language of communication among the youth of the gulf countries. On papers, Arabic is among one of the most important languages across the globe, with more than 40 crore speakers. The people of these countries also speak other regional dialects, and with the weak education in Arabic, its purity is being destroyed, on the other hand, English gaining a stronger ground.

Many students from primary school use a language mixing Arabic and English together. As per experts, Arabic will get obsolete in the next 100 years. The downfall in the language shows the hints of contemporary history. Baghdad and Damascus, which were once centres of Arabic nationalism and culture, have now been shook by rampant violence. Experts from the gulf region believe that your language showcases how strong you are, and while countries like China, Japan and the Koreas have protected their languages, Arabs have not done the same, and even the ones ruling the countries do not speak fluent Arabic.

In order to augment sales and promotion, publishers are printing more and more books in regional dialects, and while news channels telecast their shows in Arabic, many people love to know about the news in dialects using Latin script, on social media. Disney also releases dubbed versions of its movies in Egyptian dialects. In the meanwhile, supporters of Arabic are continuing with their movement to promote and revive the language.
