Hyderabad: In continuation of crackdown on the controversial Radical Islamic Outfit Popular Front of India (PFI), National Investigation Agency (NIA) carried out raids at its offices in various places of Telangana on Thursday.
The NIA also conducted raids at the houses of PFI members in the state.
During the raids, the PFI office located in the old city in Hyderabad was sealed by the Investigation Agency in the morning.
The NIA officially reportedly seized computer hard disks, pen drives, and other documents during the raids.
The NIA also raided the offices in other parts of the city located at LB Nagar and Autonagar and in Karimnagar.
The Agency, a few days back carried out simultaneous searches at 40 locations in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Four PFI suspects were detained by the agency as part of its probe to track and freeze terror funds.
