As we continue to look into the riots which ensued in the town of Bhainsa in the Nirmal district of Telangana on the 7th March 2020 after a verbal argument turned into a riot between the Hindus and Muslims of the town, we have tried to get in touch with people on ground zero or those who have colossal knowledge of the events which unfolded Bhainsa Truth on that fateful night.

Unfolding the Bhainsa Truth: 3.0 -

Earlier, we had a detailed conversation with journalist Siddhu, Nikhil Choudhary, a hotel staffer from Bhainsa and a college student from Anantapur, Telangana. The most pertinent takeaways were: Bhainsa is an extremely sensitive area and the pettiest of arguments can lead to a bloody riot and imposition of section 144 CrPC and a strict curfew in the town; the AIMIM has a firm hold over local politics and is backed by the KCR led TRS government at the helm of affairs in the state.

The Muslims of the town are strongly espoused by the AIMIM leaders especially Jabir Ahmed, the AIMIM Councilor and have no fear of the police as it is used as mere puppets by the AIMIM and the TRS. A hapless and rampant phenomenon is where innocent Hindus, particularly who are associated with the nationalistic group Hindu Vahini are implicated and slapped with false cases whereas the real perpetrators who start the riots and violence like pelting stones or hurling petrol bombs at innocent Hindus- the Muslims continue to roam scot- free and have a provision of too long a leash to carry on with their anti- Hindu and anti- India propaganda.

It is important to note the fact that this was not the first time the town of Bhainsa burned and witnessed grotesque violence; earlier in January 2020, similar riots had taken place between the two communities and several Hindu houses were burnt, innocents were injured, and many were rendered homeless. Hindu women were molested, their jewelry was snatched away, Hindu deities were abused in the vilest of manner, the Muslims even urinated on the food dishes which were prepared on the occasion of Makar Sankranti.

While Bhainsa burns now and then, the TRS government tries every trick in the book to protect the Muslim perpetrators and to conceal the reality of this town. The police toe the line of their political masters and go hammer and tongs after anyone who raises their voice against the shenanigans of the Muslims or the AIMIM. The TRS strictly controlled and managed even the media and may not report the truth of Bhainsa.

While Bhainsa witnessed attacks on innocent journalists, police officers and Hindus on the 7th March and a curfew later, which is still in continuation, a minor girl aged 3.5 years was raped by a 14-year-old Muslim teen called Muhammad Saddam on the 10th of March in a village called Mirzapur which is 5 kms away from Bhainsa.

To follow all the updates and the scenario at Bhainsa and know about the developments in the rape case concerned, we talked to the BJP district President Rama Devi and the Sarpanch of the Mirzapur village and this is what we got to know-

Unfolding the Bhainsa Truth: 3.0 -

According to Rama Devi the story being told by police wherein a biker and a group of Muslims were involved in an accident and a sheep being stolen was a mere excuse to unleash riots. The riots were scheduled and pre-planned. After the riots began the Muslim mob gathered wearing masks with weapons and started attacking innocent people during which even four journalists were injured and one of the journalists was stabbed in the stomach. Two of those journalists are out of danger. Even an innocent man was stabbed. Two-three days after the incident the police arrested innocent people, says Rama Devi. She also confirmed there was heavy stone pelting from the Muslim mob. Mrs. Rama Devi had called a press meet to expose AIMIMs Jabir Ahmed’s hand in communal riots, land grabbing and other illegal activities. The same evening, she received threat calls five times from Pakistan. The caller threatened to Kill Mrs. Rama Devi and attack India. Mrs. Rama Devi has lodged a complaint with cyber-crime station in Hyderabad also Indian Intelligence agencies have taken a note of the same. Rama Devi also accuses Jabir Ahmed of facilitating Muslims to migrate to Bhainsa and providing them Aadhar Cards to get the upper hand in elections.

There was a 3-year-old minor girl who was raped on 10 March by a 14-year-old boy in Mirzapur Village which is 5kms from Bhainsa. According to Rama Devi she helped the family of the victim to reach Hyderabad and got the minor girl Admitted in the Hospital. The minor girl is out of Danger. The rape accused hails from Maharashtra. The minor girl was raped when her parents were out in the fields for work and the girl’s grandmother had been to a nearby shop. Girl’s grandmother was alerted when the minor girl started crying. The police have arrested the accused and he has been charged under POCSO and Nirbhaya act. The girl was not able to tell what had happened according to a journalist from Hyderabad, Siddhu who works with an online news portal- Channel 369. And the same story was corroborated by the Sarpanch of the Mirzapur Village.
