PM to inaugurate medical college in Maha tomorrow

Jalna: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the Government Medical College approved for Jalna district in Maharashtra via video-conference on Wednesday, an official said.

Dean Dr Sudhir Chaudhari announced that the inauguration is scheduled for noon in the revenue hall of the collector’s office of Jalna.

Eight state-approved medical colleges, including Jalna, have been approved by the state government’s medical education and pharmaceuticals department.

Governor C P Radhakrishnan and Union Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda will attend the inauguration programme
