Individuals keen to participate can check into the hotel on the evening of August 29, and can check-out after 2 PM on August 31.

The theme of the conference is going to be, ‘Leading Education Forward: Embracing AI, Reforms, and Innovation’, and the last date to register yourself is August 10, 2024. This conference will be a great opportunity for engaging in meaningful discussions on best practices in school leadership, for networking with fellow principals and education experts, and to participate in interactive workshops and sessions. Speaking with Sonakshi Datta of GoaChronicle, the President of the PSPA, Rajendra Prasad, said, ‘PSPA has emerged out of the vibrant and progressive thoughts of like-minded comrades from the school principals’ community. It is an amalgamation of Private School Principals of India working toward goals that promote the best practices, ethical behavior, general welfare, high standards of school leadership, utmost dignity and integrity and stands as the common voice of the community. It is registered as a non-profit association (TS.268/21) in Hyderabad under the Societies Act and it is a fast-growing association across India.’

‘We have conducted over 60 webinars, 5 coffee talks and 6 masterclasses with eminent speakers on different school-related topics during corona years and later. PSPA is known across the country and there have been over 200 participants in each webinar, and mostly principals and educators attended regularly. We have also organized offline conferences for school principals in Bangalore & Lucknow in 2022, and Goa & Mumbai in 2023. We have a following of over 2000 school leaders across the country through our educational initiatives.’, he added.

Speaking about the conference, Rajendra said, ‘The Goa Conference is prestigiously collaborated with AGGRUSA (All Goa Govt Recognized Unaided Schools Association), few CBSE Sahodayas. The conference aims to bring together principals from various states to share best practices, discuss innovative approaches to education and address pressing issues in the field.’

‘Your presence would be a valuable addition to the event and we believe your insights would greatly benefit the attendees. During the conference, we have planned a series of engaging sessions, including keynote addresses, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.’, he said, inviting all the eligible participants.
