PSLV-C54 successfully launches EOS-06 satellite

Sriharikota (AP): India’s workhorse launch vehicle PSLV-C54 on Saturday successfully launched the 1,117 kg Earth Observation Satellite-06 EOS-06 into the desired Orbit.

After a smooth 24-hr countdown, the XL version of PSLV, in its 56th flight, took off majestically from the First Launch Pad, carrying EOS-06–an Earth Observation Satellite in the Oceansat series–and eight nano satellites, at 1156 hrs.
