Mumbai: After the renaming of Aurangabad and Osmanabad city names to Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Dharashiv, the Maharashtra state government has issued gazette notifications last night for Dharashiv district of Osmanabad district and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar district of Aurangabad district.
That’s why from today the name of both the districts has come to be changed like that of the city.

It may note that last week the state government’s proposal to make ‘Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar’ of Aurangabad city and ‘Dharashiv’ of Osmanabad city would have got the approval of the central government
