Washington: US presidential candidate Donald Trump’s running mate Ohio Senator J.D. Vance said Monday that Trump would negotiate with Russia and Ukraine to bring their conflict to a rapid close.

“I think what President Trump has promised to do is go in there, negotiate with the Russians and Ukrainians, bring this thing to a rapid close so that Americans can focus on the real issue, which is China. That’s the biggest threat to our country,” Vance said in an interview with Fox News.
