6 injured in Egypt resort town explosion related to Israel-Hamas conflict

Cairo: At least six people were wounded in a blast related to the ongoing Israel-Gaza conflict early Friday in Taba, an Egyptian Red Sea resort town near the Israeli border, according to local media.

Egypt’s Al Qahera News TV reported a rocket fell in the town and a residential building was damaged.

It broadcast images of the blast on live television.
