As if malicious acts of Muslims spitting and urinating in the food and drinks of ‘Kafirs’ were not enough, yet another disgustingly disrespectful act carried out by a Muslim has come to the fore on social media, which would most certainly mark the beginning of a new trend in the world of ‘Jihad’.
A CCTV footage from the precincts of Guruvayur Mandir situated in Kerala is doing the rounds on social media platforms like X and Instagram, wherein a Muslim man, who is the owner of the Paradise Restaurant, located near the Mandir, named Hakeem, was caught plucking his pubic hair, after which he threw the same into a Tulsi altar, considered highly sacred and the embodiment of purity, which was placed in the Mandir premises.
Such is the hatred filled in the minds of not just one, but millions and millions of Hakeems, living all around us, who are not complacent with the fact that they have absolute freedom to practice their religion, in whatever manner they deem fit. This independence simply does not seem sufficient for Muslims, their real motive is not to practice their faith freely, but to not let others, the ‘Kafirs’, follow theirs.
What act of oppression could a Tulsi plant have committed? The answer is plain- being revered by the Hindus.
Imagine, if even a plant could ignite such levels of hatred in the minds of the so-called ‘peace-loving’, ‘oppressed’, ‘minority’ community, how would you flaunting your religious identity, wearing your faith and culture on your sleeves, look like to them?
Incidents like the one caught on camera in Kerala hint towards the highly undemocratic and ‘non-secular’ way of life we are forced to live in our own country. Let us keep religion and culture aside for once, but where is the basic dignity each citizen of this country deserves, which is their fundamental right?
If a set of Indians are forced to consume someone’s spit, urine, and only God knows what else, and is forced to remove someone’s pubic hair from their sacred site and altar, is all this not a direct attack on the basic dignity of an individual? How is it fair to become a scapegoat in order for your own fellow countrymen to carry out their diabolical intrigues, that too in the world’s largest democracy?
Questions are too many, and answers are few, after all, when innumerable Hindus are dying every other day in this country, and the list of the victims of religious hatred keeps on getting longer, the topic of urine, spit, and pubes seems paltry- both in value and in quality.
One day, it is someone spitting in rotis, another day, it is the mixing of beef, fish, and pork oils in Mandir prasad; someday, it is urine in juices, the other, it is getting your throat slit in the name of ‘secularism’, each and every time, it is the Hindus who have to bear the brunt of India being a ‘secular’ nation. Neither are Hindus safe and protected, nor are their holy religious sites, no matter how popular or small.
The issue is not merely the perverted and sick acts, revolving around body parts and excreta, the larger issue at hand to be discussed and debated is whether all the Muslims across India, and around the world, are okay with whatever is going around in the world.
When a non-Muslim is beheaded in the name of religion, like Samuel Paty, Kanhaiyalal, or Umesh Kohle; or when a Muslim pees or spits in someone else’s food, or when Muslims use fake Hindu names to open up restaurants and shops to pull all this off, are other Muslims okay with what their brethren are doing?
How many times have we witnessed other people of the Muslim community, coming out to condemn or call out the wrongdoings of their fellow Muslims in such cases? When such outrageous acts are committed, does the silence of other Muslims not hint at them being okay with the heinous doings of their brethren? Does it not tantamount to their approval of the same?
And while the Muslim community remains silent throughout, simply suppose for a mere minute, if the roles were reversed. What if it was a Hindu who urinated in a Muslim’s juice, or if a Hindu threw his pubic hair into a place considered holy by the Muslims? Certainly, the ‘Sar Tan Se Juda’ slogans would have started echoing across the streets of where ever that would have happened, and the individual would have paid a hefty price for committing ‘blasphemy’.
Nupur Sharma is still paying the price of the statements she made, because the Muslim community did not approve of what she said or believed in, Umesh Kohle and Kanhaiyalal got murdered because they merely put a social media status in her support, Kamlesh Tiwari was brutally murdered for his ‘blasphemous’ comments against Prophet Muhammad.
The moot point now remains, would Hakeem or innumerable others pay the right price for what they have done?
If Muslims could so overtly call out, what they perceive to be ‘blasphemous’ and ‘disrespectful’ against their own religion or their Prophet, why don’t they come out and condemn the insanity committed by their fellow religionists? The answer has to come out of the community itself.
On the other hand, now is the time for Hindus to stay more vigilant than ever, wake up and smell the coffee, open your eyes and ears to ensure you do not consume some filthy person’s spit, urine, or even pubes!
