Army, police recover Ak-47 rounds, cash from Pak drone in J&K’s Rajouri

Jammu: The joint team of Indian Army and Police recovered rounds of Ak-47, cash from a Pak drone shot down along the Line of Control in Sunderbani sector of Rajouri district in Jammu and Kashmir.

“On the intervening night of April 12-13, the alert troops of Indian Army in coordination with J&K Police recovered a drone crossing the Line of Control from Pakistan into Indian territory in Beri Pattan area of Sunderbani sector of District Rajouri,” said an official.

He said that 131 rounds of AK-47, five magazines, Rs 2 Lakh in cash have been recovered, adding, “the search operations are currently under progress.”
