Hyderabad: With the upcoming MLC elections in Telangana, the state unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has intensified its strategic planning.

A crucial review meeting was held at a private hotel in Hyderabad under the leadership of Union Minister and BJP Telangana State President Kishan Reddy.

The meeting was attended by Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar, BJP National Vice President and Mahabubnagar MP DK Aruna, along with BJP MLAs, MLCs, MPs, election candidates, and other key leaders.

The discussions focused on formulating an effective campaign strategy to secure victory for BJP candidates in the Medak, Adilabad, Nizamabad, and Karimnagar Graduate MLC elections, as well as the Warangal, Khammam, and Nalgonda Teachers’ MLC elections.

The leaders deliberated on party plans and future initiatives, placing special emphasis on intensifying the campaign to expose the alleged failures of the Congress government and its unfulfilled promises.

Union Minister Kishan Reddy provided key directives to party leaders during the meeting. He also expressed satisfaction over the results of the Delhi Assembly elections, stating that the unexpected outcome was favorable for the BJP.

“A double-engine government will be formed in Delhi. On behalf of the BJP Telangana state unit and the people of Telangana, I congratulate Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP National President JP Nadda on this occasion. We are confident that BJP will independently come to power in Karnataka and Telangana in the coming days. Our party’s influence is also growing in Kerala and Tamil Nadu,” he said.

Kishan Reddy criticised the Congress government for failing to fulfill promises made to employees and youth. He accused the ruling party of discriminating against employees and neglecting the concerns of the unemployed.

He urged employees, graduates, intellectuals, unemployed youth, and students in Telangana to make an informed decision and support BJP’s MLC candidates by giving them their first-preference votes.

Following the review meeting, another session was held with BJP office bearers to discuss campaign strategies and outreach programs. Party leaders recommended launching extensive campaign initiatives to maximise voter support and ensure the victory of BJP candidates in the upcoming elections.
