Breach of privilege committee as partially: Raut

Kolhapur: Shiv Sena (Thackeray) group senior leader and MP Sanjay Raut said that the breach of privilege committee, constitute by state assembly speaker, was partially as no member has been taken from original Shiv Sena on the committee.

Mr Raut, who was in the city from last two days, talking with the reporters and media persons this morning, said that the breach of privilege committee which constitutes yesterday by assembly speaker Rahul Narvekar, was partially as there was not any member from originally Shiv Sena while that member has registered complaint, has nominated on the committee , which was not proper.

Mr Raut said that he has not yet received a notice from the state assembly about his breach of privilege and even if it received then I would have to give a sweet from here. It was not possible to give answer to such notice in hastily. He would give answer to the notice after studied of concern law.

However, he was retreated that he has not say anything that would insulting the legislature and MLAs, He talked about a particular group which was illigal looking Shiv Sena, so it has to be seen whether the right was vitiated or not. Actually, present Shinde-Phadnvis government was illigal working in the state.

On by-elections results in Pune district, Mr Raut said that in Kasaba Peth, Bhartiya Janata party (BJP) defeated but he has not supposed that BJP has won in Chinchvad assembly constituencie even it took the seat.

On attack on Sandeep Deshpande of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena, by unidentified persons in which he was injured and admitted in a hospital, Mr Raut said that such attack on senior citizen as not a sign of better law and order.

With congratulating union minister Ramdas Athavale, Mr Raut said that it was amazing of the world that Republican party (Athavale) has won some seats in Nagaland even this party not getting g seats in Maharashtra.
