IMF reaches staff level agreement with Ukraine on disbursement of about $880 mln-statement

Washington: The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and Ukrainian authorities have reached a staff-level agreement on a disbursement of about 880 million dollars, the IMF said in a statement.

“The International Monetary Fund (IMF) staff and the Ukrainian authorities have reached staff-level agreement (SLA) on an updated set of economic and financial policies for the third review of the 4-year Extended Fund Facility (EFF) Arrangement. . . This would pave the way for Executive Board consideration, which would enable disbursement of about US$880 million,” the IMF said on Thursday.
