Israeli from all across the globe are reaching Pushkar in the wake of the ongoing Sukkot festival.

Not only till Sukkot, but the coming of tourists in large numbers to Pushkar will continue till the festival of lights, Diwali, and this will not mark an end to the festivities and their pomp. Diwali will be followed by the globally well-known Pushkar fair. The owners of the resorts, restaurants, hotels, and shops in the town are full of enthusiasm, looking at the coming of tourists in overwhelming numbers. After 2 years, the life of the festivals has come back to the town.

In order to augment the glory of the town during the festive season, a grand entry façade, 40 feet high, is being constructed in Pushkar, which is worth rupees 1.32 crores. But it is difficult to wrap the construction up before Diwali. It is expected to get completed by March, 2023. In addition to this, a new ramp for the Brahma temple, which is famous all around the world, has been constructed, which will be opened for use from Diwali, so that senior citizens, differently-abled people, and children will not find it difficult to enter the temple premises.
