Kejriwal approaches Delhi HC-seeks 2 additional meets with lawyers through VC

New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Monday issued a notice to the Tihar Jail authorities and the ED on the plea of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s seeking two additional meetings with his lawyers through Video Conferencing (VC).

Justice Neena Bansal Krishna sought the response of the jail authorities and the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

The matter is listed next on July 15.

His bail application relating to an arrest made by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Delhi Excise Policy case is also pending in the same court.
